Trouble Shooting

First make sure that wizard works correctly.

• If it doesn't (i.e. you see an applet error message on your screen), install Java manually using the link above or try to remove Java and reinstall it.
  
  
• If for any reason the wizard works fine but you receive an error when you start the Sudoku-Ball applet you may want to download Java manually and install it first. Thereafter download and install Java3D. When this is done you can click here to start the game.
